Simrik Solutions started its operation from June 2003, with
the closure of Tech 4 Nepal Pvt. Ltd., one of the web hosting
& designing company based in Panipokhari, Kathmandu. With
the departure of director/owner of the former company to the
States for further studies, the employees of the same company
took over the business and the clients and hence forth, called
themselves as Simrik Solutions (P) Ltd.
The basic idea behind this take over was the easiness for the
clients of Tech 4 Nepal. The then employees of Tech 4 Nepal
were known to much of the clients and it would be easier to
work with them. So considering this easiness, the take over
was done also the new office was established in the same vicinity
of the previous one. Now Simrik Solutions operates from Chhetrapati,
Kathmandu.
Apart from just web designing and hosting, the core business
of Tech 4 Nepal, Simrik Solutions also focuses on web based
and software solutions. Solutions are developed as per the clients'
requirements. |
